Put a 13/16 section and multiple key changes in your track and you're bound to set yourself apart from the others in your pool. Really enjoyed this, definitely my favourite I've judged from Round 1 of NGADM '21 so far. Excellent work

Extremely good sound design and mixing here. Really the only thing I didn't like was this little noise that was constantly panning left to right that got extremely annoying very quickly. Just one quirk in this otherwise smooth and cohesive piece. Excellent job

Love the noise-esque sounds that add to the general texture of the sound. While the mixing could have been a little better, and the song a little more varied compositonally to justify the length, I like where it's going. Very cool song

Really great stuff here. The selection of sounds and synths you used is very unique, but it manages to all make sense and feel cohesive. Your mix is very good and the song doesn't get stale too often. Overall a great submission!

I'm so used to amateur efforts in this genre sounding too loud, over-compressed, or watery, but you absolutely nailed the mix my guy. Great job

While I think you have a ways to go in terms of things like picking the right instruments and general polish, I really like the eclectic use of preset-type synths and the unexpected aspects of the composition. I'm glad this encouraged you to make more things!

One of the more interesting and intriguing submissions I've judged in NGADM. I love the aimless and weary vocal harmonization, as well as the production in those sections. I think when incorporating elements of noise music, you should pay greater attention to things like texture and timbre. The noise here seems very basic and one-dimensional, comparable to a one-note melody. I think it's a great aspect of the track, just needs a little more tweaking and care. Other than that though, very good!
